Will Schizoaffective Disorder Lead To Neuroleptic Malignant?

my 26 yr. old daughter is being treated for schizoaffective disorder, bipolar type.experienced jaw tightness, fine tremor, lactation with perphenazine and was being tapered down and saphris initiated a little over 1 week ago.3 days ago with increasing confusion, muscle rigidity/heaviness, increased tremor, increased fatique/sedation, but no fever. her nurse practitioner stopped the saphris on 8/13 and put her perphenazine bach to 2mg@noon and 4mg @ HS. she is on routine cogentin 1mg tid, paxil 60 mg am, depakote 750 @ HS. I am worried for neuroleptic malignant syndrome and asked her husband to take her to ER where her CK is 790 and CKMB is 8.4 valproate level 55.. they gave her a shot of benafryl and sent her home and her husband says she s not much better. I am 3600 miles away and I am worried...any suggestions?
