Will Taking Duphaston Delay Periods?

Hi doc, i'm trying to get pregnant for more than 3 years now. I consulted an obgyne and asked me to take duphaston for 10 days, 2 tablets per day for her to prepare my uterus. I'm expecting my period last Nov 7...before that day, I experienced breast tenderness, pain on my lower abdomen and my appetite for eating increased. Just want to ask if taking duphaston will caused delay of my period? was the above mentioned experiences normal? thanks.
