Will Taking Insulin Cause Delayed Periods?

Hi Doc, I am a diabetes patient, aged 32 recently started on my insuline due to my reading (3moths) was 10.1moml. To some think that I shouldn t be on insulin as my sugar level is I am having the problem of not getting my periods. Can the insuline intake makes me not getting my periods? I have not taken any pregnancy test.... I wish to have another baby too but im worried about diabetes olso. Syarifah - Malaysia
