Will Taking Pain Reliever During Menstruation Lowers The Blood Flow?

hello. i have a quwry on menstruation. i have cramps as a sign for my periods before it actually comes. then once its there the cramps increase by a lot. i cant bear that much pain and so i take a pain reliever (ibuprofen). this drastically lowers the blood comin out. i dont want to take pain reliever . my question is is there a way to increase blood flow at menstruation after having the pain reliever? and what should i do to make the blood flow higher next time? thank you
