Will The Fore Skin Go Back To Normal After Sex?

Im 20 year old male. I had sex for the first time it it pained and as fore skin retracted back but not its has been 3 days and the foreskin is not moving back and forth but I haven t had sex I just tried to pull it myself. So is it normal? Will the foresking loosen up gradually or it will remain the same?
