Will The Lump Near The Vagina Develop Into A Keloid?
I am a mother of two. During my second delivery I had 2nd degree tears which were stitched up. However since then, I have a small hole the size of an ear piercing on the left side near the entrance of my vagina. I also develop a 'lump' quite close the this little hole and twice my gyne has removed something that she thinks is a worm from this lump. After the removal the lump flattens and then starts growing again. I experience pain during sex around this area. My gyne has suggested to do a small operation to cut up the area and investigate what is causing this lump. My question is, is this a common thing in women and will I not develop a keloid after the operation?
