Will There Be Hormonal Imbalance After Taking The Pills For Abortion?

Hello, I am only 4 days late from having my period. I took 2 pregnancy tests and I am pregnant. I was planning on taking the abortion pill method. My two questions are: (1) Is sulfa drug in any of the pills? I am deathly allergic to sulfa and (2) how long will my hormones be unbalanced causing emotional distress? I need to know if these pills are going to prevent me from being able to funtion at full capacity after 2 weeks. Will it be more than two weeks that I will feel these effects? How about a surgery proceedure, would this cause less havoc on the hormones?
