Will There Be Protection Against Pregnancy If The Tablet Has Been Delayed?

Hi Doc, I am on my third week of taking cerazette, with very little side effects and I have taken the tablet everyday between 8:30am - 9am. I forgot to take it this morning and I took it at 10pm this evening. Will I be protected against pregnancy if I wait to have unprotected sex after 48 hours from now? I was 13 hours over (guide is to use protection for 7 days after 12 hours but some sites say 2 days... Confusing!) I just want to know the chances of me falling pregnant if I'm 1hr over the 12hr deadline? Please help.
