Will Use Of Mouse Cause Hurt In Wrist?

I use the computer a lot and I have noticed that my wrist has been hurting for months. Recently, my forearm has started to hurt and very few times my fingers tingled, but that only lasted moments. I've moved to sitting up in a chair, as my parents told me that one cause may be that I always laid in my bed to play and I probably irritated the nerves in my elbows. The pain in my arm has only started since I moved away from my bed, do you think I have carpal tunnel? or is it just a side effect from my elbows no longer having that pressure?
