Would Taking Noriday Cause Endometriosis?

Hi, my husband and I are trying for a baby. I have been on Noriday for 10 years and came off it 2 weeks ago during my period. 2 years ago I suffered with endometriosis and was put on a 6 month course of the implant drug (can't remember the name starts with a Z and used in combination with other drugs for people with breast or prostrate cancer or fertility treatments) it helped as I never suffered stomach cramps during a period like I used too. My concern now is after being on Noriday for 10 years and suffering endometriosis, how good are my chances of conceiving anytime soon or could I be one of the people that try for years? Thanks.
