I Have Got Tonsillitis Two Months Before On One Side

i have got tonsillitis two months before on one side and then other side which was gone after taking medicines. But now pharyngeal wall become red and one or two red white patches are there from last 1 month in which burning sensation is there. I have no fever or severe pain. Please tell me what are these patches and in what time they will be gone.
