Suggest Treatment For Pemphigus Vulgaris

Hi,
My Name is Ali and I am from Iran. I have a brother who has a pemphigus vulgaris. He has involved with this trouble since 12 years ago. He is 46 years old and has 172 cm high and 56 kg wight. Now his body completely infected by this. He was using 45 mg prednisolone two weeks ago. Unfortunately he stopped using prednisolone suddenly. He was looking like crazy guys after and his body condition completely got problem. Now he in hospital and the doctors treat him gradually.
Also He has glaucoma and need surgery urgently. We care about his entire problems right now. I hope after a few weeks he can find his healthy.
I would like to know is there any possibilities to treat him completely against pemphigus vulgaris. I hope there is a new way or solution to stop using prednisolone.
Please let me have your opinion and thought on this respect.
