Please find detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

Please let me know your son age and weight and Syp. Meftal P dosage to be adjusted as per his weight. Does he have cough, cold abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or any other symptom?

Along with that, kindly do cold sponging and Maintain proper hydration .

Please Monitor temperature as Very high temperature may cause febrile convulsions. So I would suggest to consult paediatrician at casualty.

He may require Antibiotics and blood examination, including complete blood count And necessary investigation after detailed clinical examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
Dr Shyam Kale.
