Question: Wife has a fever, head congestion, and recent temporary upper back pain. She has been feeling bad for about two days. Should I take her to a 24/7 medical office?

I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

Your wife seems to be having an upper respiratory tract infection. They generally have for about 3-5 days of fever, congestion, cough, headache and body aches. She should start feeling better after. If not, then its the time to see a local doctor.

Meanwhile, she can use dayquil or nightquil as needed. For thr back pain its better to use Ibuprofen 400mg then aspirin because aspirin cause stomach problems.
Drink plenty of water and rest.
