Brief Answer:
Kindly send me reports and pics and we'll fix it right away.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

I am Dr. Neel Kudchadkar and I'll help you with this problem right away.

1. Kindly take photographs of these blisters, Skin problems are best diagnosed by 'seeing' the problem.
2. If they are "papillomas" each of them can be removed 'cauterized' in less than 2 minutes each.
3. If it is an infection, You can be given a local ointment and antibiotic pills.
4. To be safe and secure, I'll take a look at the pictures, please take them in bright lighting.
5. If it is a cellulite problem, it can be easily handled by direct methods as well as some changes in diet.

Awaiting the pics, and any reports you might have of past diseases or any medicines you are taking now for perhaps, some other problem. Many medications can cause skin problems.

Thanks,
Dr.Neel Kudchadkar

Brief Answer:
It isn't herpes. No way. Just apply this powder and...

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Thanks for uploading the images.

1. You are safe, sound and secure, because I strongly think and feel that it is a fungal infection, in this region. I am 100% sure of it.

2. This is NOT A HERPES SIMPLEX SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTION.

3. Kindly go to a doctor and he will probably give you,
1) Clobetasol Proprionate dusting powder (should be used cautiously and only if it itches a lot).
2) Azithromycin tablets and a course to be taken. You will also need to regularly apply an
antifungal ointment called Lamisil. Apply it nicely once the region is dry, two times a day for
6 weeks.
3) Please keep the area dry and clean. This is important. You should avoid tight fitting clothes at
all cost.
4) The medicines may have different names depending on where you stay.
5) Stick to the medicines.
6) It will vanish in less time than you think.

Thanks,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar

Thabk you very much for your answer, just to make sure one last time i have uploded a close up of this tiny blister thingys, they do not look like blisters or sores they seem to be more like irritated skin. But when you touch there is a small burn. I have looked at fungus and jock itch and looks like that is what i have and read dry skin can cause blisters like this, their inside is not full like a pimple. Can you take a one last look?

I am going to mu doctor for a blood test in a couple days but i am still freaking out could you please answer asap.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
I can imagine what you've been through, just take this and...

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

It's been good knowing you. In fact I like your attitude because in today's world it's very important to be safe from diseases. I have examined the latest photographs you have sent me. In fact, despite my experience, I've "verified" ALL the photographs you have provided.

I can say with confidence again that THERE IS A ZERO CHANCE OF YOU HAVING SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE. I STAND BY MY OPINION. YOU ARE TOTALLY SAFE AND SECURE.

So what? Imagine all the tension, stress and anxiety you have suffered. You know tensions are bad for health.

OK. Let's take action. Let's make you feel fresh, energetic and "all better".

I always give a low dose (no addiction, no side effects), of a very good medicine
combination called as Olanzapine + Fluoxetine. Take only 1 tablet or capsule of this at night on a full stomach. Take this exactly for 3 weeks. Make sure that you remember to take the medicine at night.

Sound sleep. Good energy. No more tensions. Imagine what you have been through, all this.

You deserve peace of mind and you will get it.

Kindly visit a local doctor for a prescription and repeat the entire "incident", right from the beginning. This is a type of "Free association". It clears the tensions. I am confident, that you will get these medicines.

I will politely ask you to REGULARLY USE AND APPLY THE PREVIOUSLY RECOMMENDED MEDICINES TOO. APPLY THEM REGULARLY.

YOU'RE 100% OK.

Thanks,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar.
