Question : Hi I have had thyroid blood work and tsh come back 23.6 t4 and t3 were normal I no longer have a thyroid so this concerns me a little what is your advice

I have gone through your question and understood your concern.

Your actual TSH is high.
This means that your hypothyroidism is not yet stabilized and the last increased dosage of Levothyroxine is Right.

However, my advice for you is to repeat the TSH levels after 6 weeks. A rigorous follow-up of your thyroid condition with the thyroid tests is very important to ensure you're on the right dosage of levothyroxine.

I'm sure that all your thyroid function tests will be normal after a couple of weeks (let me know your result and we can discuss the right maintenance dose of thyroid hormone replacement therapy).
