and adviced not to use Colgate paste, Bindi in the forehead, avoid lipstick and wearing Slippers. However I started taking medicine after 1 month from the date of prescribing but till date I couldn't find any such changes sometimes it is distinct while sometimes it is lighten down. I am totally confused and very much worried. Please please suggest me for my immediate and permanent recovery.

Chemical Leucoderma Or Vitiligo

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query.
Judging from the query and the treatment prescribed, I can make out that the dermatologist you visited made a possible diagnoses of either "Chemical Leucoderma Or Vitiligo".
For, "Chemical Leucoderma Or Vitiligo", just 1 month of treatment may not produce any significant results and I would suggest you to continue the treatment for another month or so for it to qualify to be an adequate trial. If it still does'nt show noticeable improvement other modalities can be considered.
I would be able to guide you better if you can upload an Image of the affected area which clearly shows the "light coloured spots".
Regards
