Question : I have red bumpy vertical red line on the very right side of throat for two months now which cause pain , i been in antibiotic with no use , i can feel burning sensation in the same saide i do take nexium 40 mg everyday . Been to ent scope my throat with a camera and said its clear . Am afraid of throat cancer .

As per your description, it could be a Chronic inflammatory lesion.
I prescribe Anti inflammatory tablet containing Diclofenac sodium,Trypsin and chymotrypsin it could not be cancer.If it looks suspicious, Biopsy has to be taken for confirmation. Rabeprazole 20mg tablet also to be added .
Please consult a Oral Surgeon,get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
