Question : sir my father is suffering from Pain in left hand and loss the secession in left hand fingers from 15 days.
I also have ECG report. it was normal. blood sugur is 120 after lunch. please suggest what can I do?

Hello,
I have studied your case and you have done right thing by getting ECG done as it can be heart related problem which can cause such pain. If ECG is normal then heart problem is not there. There can be other causes of hand pain like nerve compresion in the wrsit which is called as carpel tunnel.I would lke to know little detail of the ilness so that I can advise you better.
1.Is this pain more in thumb and index and middle finger?
2.Does this pain increases in night time?
3.Does your father is taking any drugs ?

Thanks for replying. I am quite sure now that it is carpel tunnel syndrome. I would suggest you to follow these steps.
1.EMG/NCV can be done to confirm the diagnosis.
2.Tablet Pregabalin M one daily.
3.If this pain continues then you can get steroid injection in the wrist.
4.If still pain continues then release the nerve by surgery.
