What Causes Right-sided Nasal Discomfort While Inhaling?

Question: Facing problem while enhaling mostly from right nostril since last 2 years
Done x Ray it was normal ct scan slight increase/deviation in some bone.

I have to inhale forcefully
Also I feel tired everytime
