Question : Hi, I have been on antibiotics and steroids for the past three weeks, all trying to cure symptoms of illness. Still feeling exhausted with very very swollen neck, as well as enlarged, palpable lymph nodes above my collar bone. Is this something more, or am I being paranoid?

Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So you have enlarged neck nodes which were considered as infective and already you have taken good amount of antibiotics. So if there is no decrease in size of nodes, you will require a needle aspiration test of nodes. That can determine the cause of enlargement and then the treatment eatment can be specified.

Would the Swollen nodes above my left collar bone be a result of the illness, even though they have not decreased in size?
