Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So you have enlarged neck nodes which were considered as infective and already you have taken good amount of antibiotics. So if there is no decrease in size of nodes, you will require a needle aspiration test of nodes. That can determine the cause of enlargement and then the treatment eatment can be specified.
