Question : I had an ecg before a coiling procedure due to pcs. My ecg showed "nonspecific ST abnormalities" as well as low anterior forces. I also have Renal vein entrapment syndrome. My Renal vein is nearly complete occlusion at the SMA and aorta. Measuring 9.8mm before SMA/aorta and only 1.7 as it crosses. I have reflux blood flow, blood pooling, and collateral vein development. The left gonadal vein is very engorged. They coiled. Since then my pain has been increased, my belly is distended. Left flank pain is horrible. Legs and back ache all the time. I have low energy and my pots symptoms have worsened. My heart races from climbing a flight of stairs and I get out of breath easily. I pass out upon standing too quickly. I am only 31 yes old. Prolapsed my uterus at 27. Constant sprained ankles and torn ligaments. Rectocele. Premature pelvic separation and incompetent cervix during last pregnancy. Highly vascular colon. Fryable colon and vaginal tissue. Telescoping colon. Extreme tortuous colon. Bloody bowel movements. I am covered in bruises and hematomas of unknown cause. I will be tested for EDS by genetics at Mayo next month. I have blood and protein in urine for 4 yrs. and now this ecg was abnormal. My question is what do these ecg findings indicate and could it be related to any of my venous, or connective tissue problems?

                                    Brief Answer:
These ECG changes indicate deficient blood supply to parts of the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to health care magic,
These ECG changes indicate deficient blood supply to parts of the heart.
However, this has to be confirmed by a stress test/Gallium scan/ CT angio--since in some cases these kind of changes can be present normally.
And as to your query--your problems are all connective tissue or venous, and this problem in the heart is arterial, so I do not think they are directly related.
However because of all your problems, you may not be exercising enough, leading to reduced cardiac reserve.
regards

My Ct has quite a few white spots on it that are not bone. What could these be?

                                    Brief Answer:
'Spots' on CT--is it of brain?, can be due to 'lacunar infarcts'.
Detailed Answer:
'Spots' on CT--is it of brain?, can be due to 'lacunar infarcts'. These are tiny areas of brain that have deficient blood supply.
It may also be due to areas of 'demyelination' or loss of cover on nerves of brain.
