1 Week After My Last Normal Period I Am Having

1 week after my last normal period I am having a mucus pink discharge from my vagina, occasionally I am finding debris in the toilet that looks like bluish clumpy, and floats, is this cause for concern? I have am being treated for constant pelvic pain, and have been tested for pregnancy, infection, and std's within the last month. All were negative.
