1 Week Ago I Had A Molar Extracted, The 3rd

1 week ago i had a molar extracted, the 3rd root broke and my dentist was unable to remove it, I have been referred to hospital to get this removed however In 1 weeks time I'm due to go on an 10hr flight, will the root left cause me any trouble as i can't get to the hospital before i go?
