10 Days Ago Had Sinus Op, Turbinectomy, Septum Op Which

10 days ago had sinus op, turbinectomy, septum op which also required trephine. I am having really bad frontal headaches which are quite severe and do not respond to panadol. At night I am taking panadeine forte which helps cause they put me to sleep, is this normal or should I go to the doctors. I have appointment with my ENT doc in 3 days. Should I just wait for his appointment?
