10 Years Ago I Had A Hysterectomy,but Kept My Ovaries.

10 years ago I had a hysterectomy,but kept my ovaries. five years ago I had scar tissue , a rectecele (sp) and a TVT. Yesterday I had spotty bleeding and went to my OB/GYNMNASIUM today. He did not find anything wrong and said everything looked good. But I have terrible pain at times where the tape is from the TVT and a pulling feeling inside. Should I be concerned about the vaginal bleeding after having surgery this long ago? He offered no further test or treatment. I left very frustrated. he said to take Motrin every 4-6 hrs and if after a couple weeks if the pain is not any better he would refer me to K.U. Medical Center. Any advice?
