11 Days Ago I Rolled My Ankle And It Swelled

11 Days ago I rolled my ankle and it swelled up and bruised on the left side near the bottom of my foot and on the inside in the same area. Swelling went down mostly but still pretty swollen and now today the 11th day after it happen another bruise has shown up starting from where the outside of my ankle is going about 3 inches straight up my leg... Is this something I should go to the doctor over.
