12 Weeks 2 Days Pregnant On Synthroid For Hypothyroidism I

12 weeks 2 days pregnant on synthroid for hypothyroidism I am an ultrasound tech scanned baby for fun and heart rate was 185-195 for over 3 hours. Baby was quite active at the time but I know this is abnormal my question is what could it be? Thyroid levels 2.57 they just upped my dose ???
