13 year old girl 120 lbl I took 6 40mg of vyvanse last night . My heart is beating fast and I'm lightheaded when I get up . I can't tell my parents because they would be disappointed so please can you give me something I can do by myself to help it ! Please I'm so scared . I can slow down my heart beat a bit by breath deeply . But I have been read stuff all over the Internet and it's causing for anxiety!
