13 Year Old Male With Subcutaneous Swelling Near Joints After

13 year old male with subcutaneous swelling near joints after physical exertion with muscle cramps and chills. Has been tested for RA (negative) and gout (negative). Had multiple rounds of antibiotics previously for sinus infections so would think no infection exists.
