138 lbs had accident now have 21-2 vestigal disc with joint arthrosis, mild annular bulging and minimal anterolisthesis and l4-5 left disc extrusion . I have been doing chriopratic and therapy there and now the spine doctor wants to send me to more pt first before i opt for surgery. I don;t think this is good because therapy hasn't been helping at chrio office
