14 daughter , very athletic competitive national-level swimmer and cross country runner, one month ago developed a painless not hard lump/mass on front of upper thigh. When the muscles are flexed it is visible and can be felt but when relaxed, it cannot be seen or felt. Any suggestions on causes? Does it sound like sarcoma?
