14 Year Old Male Has Experienced Sudden Very Fast Heartbeat

14 year old male has experienced sudden very fast heartbeat during excercise. This happens very infrequently, but he says it beats very very fast and feels dizzy, especially if he raises his arms. Today's episode happened in baseball conditioning. He was bending over going side to side catching rapid ground balls. Is this normal?
