14 Yr Old Son Coughs Only While Eating And Diagnosed

14 yr old son coughs only while eating and diagnosed w/refulx last summer. after 3 weeks of prilosec it stopped. He began again this summer and again I gave him 3 weeks of prilosec. however this time it has not helped with the persistent cough. What else is there to do? longer course of Prilosec??
