15 Days Ago I Had A Dirtbike Handle Bar Rip

15 days ago I had a dirtbike handle bar rip into my calf I got it stitched and a few days later it started to get infection I got antibiotics and after 10 days the stitches were removed on day 14 the incision reopened and my leg started swelling and it feels like pins and needles around the incision but I also get a bubbling or twitching feeling in my calf???
