15 Weeks Post Csection Sand Tubal Ligation...have Had A Period

15 weeks post csection sand tubal ligation...have had a period but now have yellow on my tissue when I wipe most days and inside the vagina feels slightly sore. Did a home test for bv, negative. Can this be thrush despite not being itchy? Booked for smear on Thursday but no pain, or bleeding etc
