15 Y/o Male. Dx 1 Week Ago With Strep (started

15 y/o male. dx 1 week ago with strep (started on amoxicillin). After 3 days worsening sx swollen lymph nodes and tonsils.........tested + for mono. also had a lacey white rash on chest at that time. Rx for prednisone 40 mg bid. as of today bright red petechial rash. No other symptoms. what is the rash? does not itch.
