15 Year Old In Hospital With Sever Vomiting, Diarrhea ,and

15 year old in hospital with sever vomiting, diarrhea ,and severe headache. Ruled out mennegitis and waiting for stool samples to get back for salmonella but a migraine headache normally is not associated with salmonella. He has been hooked up to ivs since Saturday and getting antibiotic. Just came from a fair. Any other suggestions
