16; I Began Getting These Dots Between My Breast ...at

16; i began getting these dots between my breast ...at first i thought nothing of it ,but then i thought it was filled with something so i began removing the thing inside,now its gone but its really sore ,how do i get rid of the sore red marks ? anything besides visiting a doctor.
