16-year Old Daughter, Who Is Hardly Ever Sick, Has Come

16-year old daughter, who is hardly ever sick, has come down with what we think is just a bad cold....heavy head, congestion, fatigue, very sore throat (she tries very hard not to swallow) and her neck hurts on both sides. No fever, swollen lymph nodes or spots on her tonsils, though her tonsils do seem to be enlarged. Was fine though complained of a sore throat Sunday evening, stayed in bed yesterday, went to school today (but says she just wants to sleep). Should we be treating something other than a head cold?
