16 Year Old Female,injuried Right Knee Climbing Up 2 Foot

16 year old female,injuried right knee climbing up 2 foot step and then ste]ing down same distance. right knee pain mainly medial but also above and below kneecap. Can not fully exted, bend or weight bear. 6 days of using cold therapy unit (for ice) otc pain Meds not helping
