16 Year Old Son With Type 1 Diabetes Has Been

16 year old son with type 1 diabetes has been complaining of middle stomach pain since Sunday. First night he had mild grade fever and some vomiting. After the second day, he still had nausea but couldn't vomit. He has no diarrhea and his blood sugars have been within target range. He does not have much of an appetite at all. When he comes home from school, he sleeps most of the time. Should he be seen by a physician?
