17 Yrs Old, Female. I'm Feeling Nauseous And Shaky With

17 yrs old, female. I'm feeling nauseous and shaky with liquid stool. Trembling and feeling warm but with no fever. It's only been going on for a few days now and tends to be bad around 4:00pm onward.
I have had anemia problems in the past, and just got back into a good sleep pattern..
