18 Month Old Daughter Has Had Low Grade Fever For

18 month old daughter has had low grade fever for 2 days and very irritable, clingy, and fussy. On third day, no longer has fever but broke out with a rash (red semi raised bumps) on her back and chest. Doesn't seemed bothered by the rash. Only wants to drink milk and be held. Could it be roseola?
