18 Months Post Lisfranc Fracture. Easing Back Into 12 Hours

18 months post lisfranc fracture. Easing back into 12 hours shifts as a nurse. I have had increased pain in my foot with walk along with tingling, pressure, burning like pain in big toe and second two toes. I also get sharp pains on top my foot where old injury was and sometimes pain in the ankle in the front. Does not get much better with rest and time off
