18 Year Old Female... Been Experiencing Painful Hard Unmovable Lumps

18 year old female... Been experiencing painful hard unmovable lumps been to two doctors and they don't know what it is. We think it could be an autoimmune issue because I have psyosis too. The bumps will be there 2 days to a week and a half and then they will go away and I'll get them somewhere else. They are very painful to touch and if you run them they will go away for a few min. Does anyone have any ideas? Help please! This has been going on for 6 months on and off now. They'll come then they go. But they make the whole muscle around it sore too.
