18years Old Experiencing Painful Red Rash Progressing Over Last 5days

18years old experiencing painful red rash progressing over last 5days started at ankle area appearing like flea bites now thickened palpable extending up back of legs and c/o involving muscle and nerve pain. No other symptoms. No fever or illness prior to onset. Any ideas.
