19 Yo White Female C/o Sudden Onset Bilateral Black Spots

19 yo white female c/o sudden onset bilateral black spots in both eyes. Gradually grew larger and then shrank after loss of peripheral vision. Incident duration 45 minutes. at peak of incident she lost peripheral vision on the left side of her vision field. Left eye more severe than right. At the end of the incident, she developed a headache.
an hour and a half later, she developed numbness in her left hand while riding a bike and then numbness on her lips. both have partially resolved. hand is still "tingley".
