1993 I Had An Accident Where My Left Leg Recieved

1993 i had an accident where my left leg recieved 3 compound fractures tib fib and femur +35 asst other breaks until now its been held together with steel plates screws and rods 3 weeks ago my femur snapped above the rod so they replaced it after the operation my ball sack was purple and swollen but has returned to normal but when i cough sneeze or laugh it hurts like hell will this constant pain go away and is this normal after this sort of operation
