1st, I Should Explain How My Left Eye Was Injured

1st, I should explain how My left eye was injured last night. As My fiance was using a clothes hanger to unstop my sink, I was watching over his shoulder at the same time he jerked hanger back out and hit me right in eye with end of hanger (not pointed) very hard. Not to mention his fist. I just want to know if I should go to ER? Symtons are Red are all over eye, painful, watery sometimes yellowish. It has bled tiny bit. Thanks so much in advance.
